Ruffwear's apparel features an active, tailored fit that hugs close to your dog's body, designed to move with their natural range of motion. Measurement is determined by your dog’s chest girth, measured around the widest part of the rib cage. Coverage may fit slightly shorter or longer depending on your dog’s proportions. If between sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit, or down for a more snug fit.

    Love this jacket!

    I purchased this to keep my dogs safe hiking during hunting season and I couldn’t be happier with it! I love the safety that it provides and it’s a great fit!

    When a black lab came to visit I was surprised by how much I also love it for dark colored dogs in the town or city at night!

    One year and still in excellent condition

    Skye wears this reflective vest hiking with us in national forests and nature preserves when high visibility is essential: Skye is an active, 60 lbs foxhound and she can easily move in this vest. The quality is top-notch & Skye is comfortable hiking with it on.

    Outstanding visibility & durability

    We started with a cheap orange reflective vest for hiking during hunting season, but soon realized we needed something more durable. I was reluctant to spend this much more, but this vest is significantly better in every possible way.

    Craftsmanship is excellent, with durable stitching and thoughtful design. While it lacks the extra straps attachment points of a harness (as expected), it works flawlessly as a cover for his other RuffWear harnesses.

    The mid back attachment point is easily accessible through a flap. Also, the clips on the side are shrouded with a few inches of material, which prevents his fur from getting caught and snagged.

    For reference, my dog is a 95-pound collie mix with hair about 3 inches long, and is wearing the Large size vest.
