Can I purchase new and used items in the same order?

Yes, you'll be able to check out with both new and used items in the same order. These items will ship separately, so keep an eye out for two sets of confirmation and shipping emails for both your new and used gear.

How long does shipping take?

Orders will ship within 3 business days of purchase. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Can I return used gear items?

All Ruffworn purchases are final. If you have any questions or concerns, we recommend you send us a message before purchasing.
