Knot-a-Leash™ Rope Dog Leash

This is our second leash order because we were so happy with the wear and performance of our original purchase - so we wanted to get another in a different color. Nice handle for grip and very secure latching mechanism on the carabiner.

I have had my Knot a leash for TEN years. TEN.

My leash is still in great condition. It has seen some pretty heavy use over the years but is still solid and looks nice. Definitely a testament to quality. I have other equipment that is just as old by Ruffwear.

My Knot a leash is used daily to take my dogs to the bathroom, has been hiked with, and has just overall taken quite a bit of use. I am very happy with the fact it's held up and literally looks almost new to this day!

A little difficult to figure out the lock but love the handle and sturdy rope.

Great length, well made, love the swivel of course. The locking carabiner takes some getting used to. I had an older version of the short knot -a -leash and I think I prefer the carabiner that just opened, but I still would recommend this. Relatively lightweight when carrying it while my dog is off leash, but the carabiner is heavy and it hits at his knees when he’s walking on leash. (He’s a slack lead boy, so there is always leash hanging). It definitely seems more comfortable for him when clipped to his back on a harness than clipped to a collar where the weight of the carabiner becomes a factor.

What I love about this leash: It’s strong but lightweight so it folds up nicely into little pockets, the carabiner lock is reliable, the handle is very comfortable, it looks good (I bought the red). I like this more than other leashes that I’ve tried.
