The Trail Runner™ Belt enhances miles on the trail by providing a hip belt and leash system for running with your dog on-leash and hands-free while comfortably carrying the essentials. The lay-flat design with light padding and stretch storage means a comfortable, bounce-free running experience when carrying your phone, keys, pick-up bags, and soft flask (not included) in the two zippered pockets.

The separate leash attachment strap is compatible with most leashes: unclip the side-release buckle, thread the strap through the handle of your leash, and clip back in.

The Trail Runner™ Leash (not included) is our favorite leash to pair with this belt. It’s a dynamic, shock-absorbing design and the optimal length for running, making the Trail Runner™ Running Belt and Leash the system that’ll have both you and your dog excited for your next run.

    Great running belt

    This works really well for running with my dog or ski-hiring. The pocket fits more than I expected and feels comfortable around the waist.

    Comfy and secure

    We use the belt as extra security when hiking with our husky-mix rescue dog, since his recall isn’t very good yet and his prey drive is high. We can hold the training lead, but if we need to drop it, to cross a stream, for example, he’s still tethered to us.

    It’s very easy to adjust, so we can share it between humans, and the fit is comfortable and secure. I also like the hi-vis yellow as an added safety measure.

    Almost perfect

    As other reviews have already mentioned, this belt doesn’t budge and is quite comfortable. Better than my non-dog running belt. The one thing that’s missing for me is a stash pocket or two that doesn’t require you to unzip to access.

    Great pack for hands free walking

    We’ve got two dogs each on the roamed bungee leash. Hooking them up to the hands free portion of the belt has been great. They can roam and sniff the trails without me having to shorten their leashes and I get hands free to roam too.
