The Trail Runner™ Belt enhances miles on the trail by providing a hip belt and leash system for running with your dog on-leash and hands-free while comfortably carrying the essentials. The lay-flat design with light padding and stretch storage means a comfortable, bounce-free running experience when carrying your phone, keys, pick-up bags, and soft flask (not included) in the two zippered pockets.

The separate leash attachment strap is compatible with most leashes: unclip the side-release buckle, thread the strap through the handle of your leash, and clip back in.

The Trail Runner™ Leash (not included) is our favorite leash to pair with this belt. It’s a dynamic, shock-absorbing design and the optimal length for running, making the Trail Runner™ Running Belt and Leash the system that’ll have both you and your dog excited for your next run.

    Supportive running belt.

    I use this with the Ruffwear running leash and it's a perfect combo. The belt has good lumbar support so I don't feel like I'm getting pulled when my pup sees a squirrel and needs to run a little faster!

    Best Running Belt

    I had been using a belt off Amazon for running with the dog and getting quite frustrated. It would become loose and would dig into me. I could also feel a good tug when the dog increased speed when running.

    This belt has been a game changer! Fits great. The strap where the leash attaches is such a well thought out design. My iPhone 11 fits well in the back pocket and doesn't bounce. The material is also breathable where it sits along the back. Great product!

    Comfy and secure

    We use the belt as extra security when hiking with our husky-mix rescue dog, since his recall isn’t very good yet and his prey drive is high. We can hold the training lead, but if we need to drop it, to cross a stream, for example, he’s still tethered to us.

    It’s very easy to adjust, so we can share it between humans, and the fit is comfortable and secure. I also like the hi-vis yellow as an added safety measure.
