The Talon Buckle's weight conveniently positions the V-ring clip at the top of the dog's neck for quick leash clip-in. Its sturdy construction and the need to engage both release triggers to open creates positive retention and peace of mind. 

It's packed full of Ruffwear’s signature collar features: an aluminum V-ring, a separate ID tag attachment point, and a silicone tag silencer. Integrated reflectivity helps boost visibility in low-light conditions.

    Top Dogs Deserve Top Rope Collars

    It was really hard to decide on the color scheme for Bowie. What color matches a speckled boi? Solid, to not distract from his beauty? Or something varied that can match any combo of his other Ruffwear gear and looks like the mountains he now runs in? But this collar is perfect! You'd never know he was an abused starved baby who came from the streets of Atlanta - he looks like he's always been a Ruffwear model!

    High quality metal buckle dog collar 👌🏼

    No doubt this is a fantastic, high quality, rock solid & nice looking dog collar. I recommend it, but it’s very expensive! Perfect collar my Golden Retriever!

    You replace only for fashion

    I had a ruffwear collar on our dog for the last 6 years. It refuses to wear out so we got her this new collar just because she deserves it. I love the reflective strip. The metal buckle is harder to open and close than plastic, but we rarely remove it - so not an issue. We liked this one so much, we bought a second a week later for our new puppy
