Measurement is determined by your dog’s chest girth, measured around the widest part of the rib cage. Coverage may fit slightly shorter or longer depending on your dog’s proportions. The Hemp Hound everyday knit sweater taps into the natural durability, breathability, and odor-resistance of hemp for warmth from town to trail in dry conditions on clear, cold days.

The open cap-sleeve construction and full-length zipper work in tandem to not only capture core warmth, but also give hard-to-fit dogs (broad shoulders, thick chests/necks) an alternative fit option with more belly coverage and full range of motion.

The Hemp Hound has quickly become the go-to sweater we turn to across all the seasons. Cozy on its own, and if weather gets wet, you can layer it under a shell, much like we do with our own favorite hoodies.

    Hemp Hound Sweater

    Nicely designed sweater. I can wash it often and it holds its shape and integrity. My chihuahua doesn’t get overly hot in it yet it protects from a cold morning or evening chill. The sweater is nicely designed and makes my dog look sharp. The material feel is soft yet durable. Will buy another!

    Perfect light weight cover up

    My senior pup had a lump removed from her chest and needed something to cover the area while it healed. This was perfect. Light enough that it seemed to let the stitched area breathe and I could leave it on her most of the day & night without her getting too hot. Plus she looked adorable. She’s a 55lb lab and the M fit perfectly.
