After traveling from the Canadian Rocky Mountains to the Arctic tundra and down to the desert, Kaia and Nicol now call Oregon their home. Nicol is the daughter of Vietnamese refugees and Kaia is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi. Together, they are passionate about encouraging diversity in the outdoors. As a teacher, Nicol supports the education of everyone (and their dogs!) in order to safely live life to the fullest. Nicol and Kaia are often found hiking mountains, paddling on mountain lakes, or eating at dog-friendly patios.
