Gnawt-a-Rock™

rubber fetch & puzzle toy

Color

Selected: Glacial Blue

The Gnawt-a-Rock™ is a durable toy inspired by natural volcanic obsidian formed by rapidly cooling lava from Pacific Northwest volcanoes.

Made with natural latex rubber and a faceted surface with an irregular shape, this interactive toy keeps your dog engaged, whether chasing after its erratic bounce or nosing it around as an interactive slow feeder puzzle toy to stimulate their mind.

Check out the Gnawt-a-Stick™ and Gnawt-a-Cone™ in our Gnawt-a-Toys Collection inspired by the natural surroundings in Ruffwear’s home of Bend, Oregon.

Chew Style: Power

Play Style: Fetch & Puzzle

Size: 4.5 in (11.5 cm) Diameter

Our toys are designed to be interactive – it's just more fun that way. While our toys suit a range of play styles, dogs can be crafty and determined chewers, so supervised play is recommended. If any part of the toy becomes loose or detached, take the toy away and discard.

    Obsessed!

Our Beck is in love with the Gnawt-a-Rock. He gets so excited when we pull it out to play. Favourite toy for sure!

    I've bought two of these

...and all the dogs who've ever used them, or to whom I've gifted them, LOVE them. Simple to understand, QUIET, stylish. It's too easy for my ACD, so we plug the big holes and just let the kibble fall through the refill slot. Can't wait for them to come out with more colors, like maybe black!

This is his new favorite indoor activity

My dog is food motivated and I'll put part of his meal in Gnawt-a-Rock. He absolutely loves it and even preferred this to Toppl even though Toppl is easier to get food from.

    Absolutely LOVE IT

I don’t think the color is matter for Thu⚡️der but I ordered the lime color for him. He is throwing it pawing chewing licking trying to take out his fav liver treat. Makes him work for it for sure. Definitely recommending this toy !

    Gnawt-a-Rock

This is a well made, sturdy, enrichment toy. The "rock" entertains our 85 lb. Golden/Labrador Retriever cross when we leave him alone. Simply drop some of his regular dry kibble in it, place on the floor, and head out the door. When we return, he greets us at the door and then runs to pick up the "Rock" and show us it's empty. Have purchased and given as gifts to other dog partners.
