we bought this on his trainer’s request and he taught us to properly use it and i didn’t realize how much anxiety work he still needed until he wasn’t reacting to his anxiety. he’s a good service dog but still gets anxious and this is perfect for those times. the only thing i don’t like is that it’s a bit tight on his particular head shape going on vs how tight/where it needs to be to be comfortable and effective for him. i would have chosen a buckled option in retrospect if it had been available.
